What information may be collected

When you send an enquiry, Time to Perform may receive your name, role, organisation, email address, phone number, location, audience details, preferred dates, workshop interests, support needs you choose to share and your message.

How information is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable workshops or training, provide quotes, arrange bookings, deliver sessions and keep appropriate records.

Website form submissions

Website enquiries may be processed through the site hosting/form service so they can be forwarded to Time to Perform by email and stored securely for follow-up. Time to Perform only asks for details that help respond to the enquiry and plan suitable delivery.

Marketing communications

Marketing updates are optional. If you choose to opt in, Time to Perform may contact you through the channels you selected, such as email, phone or SMS/WhatsApp, about new workshops, seasonal offers and relevant experiences. You can ask to change your preferences or stop receiving marketing at any time.

Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting the contact form or sending an email starts a conversation. It does not create a booking commitment unless a booking is later agreed.

Sharing information

Personal information is not sold. Details may only be shared where needed to operate the business, respond to an enquiry, comply with legal obligations or use essential service providers such as email, website or CRM tools.

Sensitive information and SEN

If you share access, safeguarding, medical, SEN or support information, it will be treated carefully and used only to help plan safe, inclusive and appropriate delivery.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, request corrections, ask for information to be deleted where appropriate, or update marketing preferences.
