Safeguarding approach

Time to Perform is committed to delivering workshops in a safe, professional and age-appropriate way. School and setting staff remain responsible for pupils throughout sessions, and workshops are designed to support positive participation, clear boundaries and inclusive engagement.

Before a booking

• The aims, age range, group size and space requirements are discussed in advance.
• Any relevant needs, sensitivities or access considerations can be shared before the session.
• Practical workshop information can be provided as part of booking confirmation.
• Sessions can be adapted to suit the setting and confidence level of the group.

During sessions

Workshops are delivered with respect for pupils and participants. Activities avoid unnecessary pressure, humiliation or unsafe contact, and participants are encouraged to take part at an appropriate level.
