Enquiries

An enquiry is not a booking commitment. It is a first conversation about suitable workshops, availability, aims, audience, location and format.

Bookings

A booking is only confirmed when the workshop details, date, location, fee and any agreed requirements have been confirmed in writing.

Workshop suitability

Time to Perform will recommend formats based on the information provided, including age range, group size, setting, objectives, space and support needs.

Access, SEN and safeguarding information

Settings are encouraged to share relevant access, SEN, behaviour, medical or safeguarding considerations in advance so sessions can be planned appropriately.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rearrangement terms may vary depending on the booking type, travel, preparation, materials and notice period. Specific terms can be confirmed with each booking.

Media

No photos or videos of children, staff or participants will be used publicly without appropriate permission from the setting or organisation.
